- 2 linguri de mustar de Dijon (clasic + cu boabe)
- sare, piper negru proaspat macinat
- 100 g unt rece, cuburi (pentru final)
- mamaliga rece, turnata in strat subtire in tava
- frunze de rucola
- cateva boabe de rodie
