Cartofi umpluti cu ciuperci, branza si usturoi
Timp de preparare
- 6 cartofi mari ( cca. 2 kg)
- 200 g crema de branza (gen Almette)
- 100 g cascaval ras (Cheddar, Gouda, Emmentaler sau similare)
- 50 g parmezan ras
- 150 g mini-mozzarella sau cubulete de mozzarella taiate
- sare, piper, chimen
- 6 catei de usturoi
- 3-4 fire de patrunjel
- 2 oua
- 250 g ciuperci proaspete (sau din conserva)
