  • 125 g unt rece cu min. 80% grasime sau 90 g untura
  • 30 g smantana
  • 65 g zahar pudra
  • 1 ou intreg + 1 galbenus
  • o priza buna de sare
  • 1 plic zahar vanilat
  • coaja rasa de la ½ lamaie
  • coaja rasa de la 1 portocala (optional)
Umplutura de dovleac:
  • 800 g dovleac placintar (cantarit dupa decojire)
  • 50 g unt cu min. 80% grasime
  • 200 g zahar alb sau brun
  • 2-3 lingurite scortisoara macinata
  • zeama de la 1½ lamaie
  • coaja rasa de la o lamaie
  • 1 plic zahar vanilat
  • 1 priza de sare
  • 100 g nuca tocata mare
