- 20 g drojdie proaspata sau 6 g uscata
- 50 g zahar
- 1 ou
- 80 g unt topit (cu min. 80% grasime)
- un varf de cutit de sare
- 1 lingurita extract de vanilie sau 1 plic zahar vanilat
- coaja rasa de la ½ de lamaie
- 500 g smantana groasa si grasa, acrisoara (cu min. 20% grasime, preferabil cu 24-25%)
- 5 oua intregi
- 250 g zahar
- un varf de cutit sare
- 2 lingurite de extract de vanilie sau 2 plicuri de zahar vanilat
- 100 g stafide
- 150 g unt rece taiat in bucatele (cu min. 80% grasime)
