Bruschette cu dovleac ras si cascaval
Timp de preparare
- 8 felii de paine (sau 4 chifle taiate in 2)
- 500g dovleac (bostan) ras mare
- 50g unt
- 2 linguri de ulei de masline
- sare, piper, chimen, cimbru uscat
- optional ½ lingurita de fulgi de ardei chili
- 200g cascaval ras (Cheddar, Gouda, Tilsit, Trapist sau de care aevti la indemana)
- fire de cepsoara (sau rondele subtiri de ceapa verde)
- fire de cimbru proaspat (optional)
